Intrinsic Research Systems, Inc., a Mergent company, today announced the release of its latest major product upgrade, Version 3.0, which includes new content and analytic capabilities throughout the platform.
Highlighting the release is the formal client upgrade capability to Intrinsic’s BondViewer module, powered by analytics from Andrew Kalotay Associates. BondViewer is designed for front, middle and back office use, providing transparency on over 230,000 U.S corporate and 2.6 million municipal bonds. Mergent’s industry leading terms and conditions, pricing, ratings history and bond analytics represent some of the robust data available for each bond. With the release, Intrinsic’s clients now can benefit from the powerful combination of equity and fixed income reserach and analyitcs in the same desktop product.
Intrinsic 3.0 also features enhanced equity analytics with new tools for equity ETF and stock research. Equity ETFs can be examined across performance, valuation, growth, profitabilty and dividend characteristics and their holdings can be easily dissected by sector, capitalization or individual portfolio weights. Added to the already robust stock analysis capabilities are custom user time series calculations, custom user defined data panels and an all new industry peer analysis display. Finally, a large group of new screening and reporting elements have been added to the database including central value analysis metrics.
Version 3.0 continues Intrinsic Research’s commitment to provide our customers with new content, capabilities and analytics on a frequent basis. Importantly, a great number of the new features included in each software release come to us though customer feedback. Intrinsic’s flexible technology then allows us to quickly put these ideas into action keeping our product on the cutting edge of equity and fixed income analysis.
